Schoolosity

So since 'I'm just lame like that' and have no previously planned topic and just have the urge to type, I will bore you with the intimate details of my life.

Starting with school.
I know in my last post, I posted my schedule, and my opinions of those classes beforehand.
So now I will waste valuable minutes of your lives by going into detail about them now.

1A US History - This is a Freshman class. I, am a Sophomore. My credits are messed up because I was at PCS, so I have a half credit of this, half of that. So anywho, I only have to be in this class until semester. So, keep in mind that I am the ONLY Sophomore in this class, surrounded by ignorant freshmen; the first day of classes, I'm sitting there, trying to ignore them all, when this stupid group of freshmen call me a loner. Who are THEY to call ME ANYTHING. I WAS IN THIS DAMNED SCHOOL BEFORE THEY WERE EVEN BORN. 

2A Early Childhood - I'm really not sure what this class is supposed to be teaching us. Like, the name sounds pretty self explanatory right? Well we've been in school for about five weeks, and the only assignment we've completed has been an 8'' by 11'' "All about me" poster.

3A Geometry - Well, so since my credits were all screwed up when I came to this school, I had to do an independent study for Geometry A on the computer last year, but, now that it's 1st semester and I'm on Geometry B, and they don't offer that 1st semester, I'm stuck doing that on the computer too. So I now have a theory, that since I'm going to be completing all of Geometry this semester and will be having to move onto some other 1st semester of math for 2nd semester (which of course won't be offered 2nd semester) I will forever be a semester off of the actual courses they're currently teaching in the classrooms (1st or second) and will forever be doomed to be taught math by a computer. 

4A English - My English class is seriously filled with the most retarded people in my school. I swear I must've eaten babies in a past life, and being in this class is my punishment. My teacher has to plan lessons that would usually take a normal class an average of ten minutes to complete, but somehow my class wastes the entire period on it.

1B Costume and Makeup - This has to be one of the best classes ever. So far, we have been independently reading a variety of plays, and then getting to design a costume or makeup plot for a character in it. In the future, we're supposed to be getting to actually getting to do makeup on each other, and getting to alter some old costumes.

2B Health - My teacher is pretty chill, instead of doing (any) bookwork, he prefers to talk. He believes that students learn better if they can relate, so he tells real-life stories, and lets us listen to the radio.

3B Chemistry - I'm in this class because I'm 'Good at Science' but the teacher is all like 'theres a lot of math involved' and I suck at math, but so far there hasn't been a lot, so I'm just waiting to see what happens.  I also memorized the entire periodic table of elements!!!

4B Orchestra - The best class ever. I have the same orchestra teacher I have had since 4th grade. She has gotten this like 'violin rockstar god' to come do a two
day work shop with us. His name is Mark Woods, and he's a famous violist with the Tran Siberian Orchestra. And he's coming in October. We-We-We-So Excited.

 

Summer D':

SCHOOL STARTS NEXT WEEK!
Officially six more days of summer left D: FML

Well, I went and got my schedule changed, so now the school year should be just that more bearable.
So now my classes consist of:

Mon/Wed/Fri Classes 
 1a: US History - eh
2a: Early Childhood - indifferent, though we're supposed to get these awesome fake babies to take care of at the end of the year, so I'm pretty psyched about that.
3a: Geometry B - I get to take an Independent Study course on the Computer, since they aren't offering any (A) Classes 1st semester.
4a: English - eh
Tue/Thur/Fri
1b: Costume and Make-up - :D could be interesting? Though I'm probably going to get stuck with a crapload of freshmen :/
2b: Health 4 - eh
3b: Chemistry - eh
4b: Chamber Orchestra- FTW :DDDD


Well, I still haven't been having ANY luck finding a job.
All these businesses just aren't looking for an -18, under-experienced, high-school kid. But, I am not discouraged! My search is not over! 
Until I can find a job though, I have started selling crap on ebay, to make some money.
And I've actually made a decent amount :D

School is in the Air

So yesterday, I just got registered for the upcoming school year. Yay?
School starts in less than two weeks. Where the hell has the summer gone?

Anywho. So I've gotten my schedule, and it turns out, that I have like half the classes that they put me in last year. And so, of course I'm pissed, but then some chick explains that since I transferred to SHS second semester, I only completed the 2nd semester of those classes. Sooooo I only have to stay in these classes for the 1st semester, then I get an entirely new schedule :D But, they also fucked up my electives, and gave me totally different things than I asked for. You know the registration forms they hand out at the end of the year, when you get to select at least eight electives that you would prefer? Well, I didn't even see one of these on there, and there is no way in heck, I would ever chose the other one (considering I barely survived a semester of it last year.) But anyway, lets get down to it:

1A: World History A (same class I had last year-same teacher too -.-)
2A: Geometry A (same class)
3A: Health 4 (last year of health ever!)
4A: Desktop Publishing (whatever the heck that is)
tue/thurs/fri classes
1B: Computer Graphics I (FML)
2B: English (same class - same teacher -.- )
3B: Chemistry
4B Chamber Orchestra!!!! FTW

And that concludes my schedule.
It sucks.
 

Pulling a Brittney Spears

So If you haven't noticed the little count-down I have going on in the upper right hand corner of my blog, -->
I have decided to shave my head.
My hair has finally reached the point where it's so dead from so much coloring, and straightening, that it refuses to function. And I have tried and tried to 'bring it back to life' with gallons of conditioner and such, but nothing has worked.
So my last resort, is to just start all over, with a fresh head of 'healthy' hair, and see where that gets me.
With school starting in just a few weeks, I don't think it would really be wise to pull a Brittney spears now. So I'm deciding to wait until the beginning of next summer, so that will give me a good three months to develop a nice head of fuzz before I return to school.  
So, anywho.
I've officially made my mind up now, that June 1st I shall Shave my Head.
